Emma Hart joined the Genesis team as Business & Finance Manager in October 2018. She is a skilled financial accountant and trusted advisor on people and business management accounting.

She has excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail. She is part of the Genesis Management Team with Alex Raymond and Ali Straker.

Her Emma’s career began in an accountancy practice before she joined the finance team of an information and communications technology company.

After taking a career break in 2004 to travel, Emma spent 13 years working for a leading fleet management business in the logistics sector where she developed her skills to become Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. Here Emma was a linchpin to the business, not only managing financing and contracts, but liaising with company directors, large financial organisations, and top-level clients. Emma holds a BA(Hons) in Early Childhood Studies with IT.
