Prior to joining PLMR, Arthur worked in the technology sector, and had a brief experience in politics, working with his local MP.
Arthur did his BA at Exeter in PPE, wherein he became interested in political philosophy, focusing on social policy and the methodologies driving Government policy, completing a dissertation on the methodologies of social policy. He continued his studies at LSE, doing an MSc in Political Theory, furthering his understanding of social policy, and working on theories of socio-political change.
In Exeter he also contributed to student journals, was a member of the swimming team, and is an avid surfer and powerlifter. At LSE and currently, his interest in philosophy keeps him busy.
