The Digital team is a vital part of the agency, delivering support to teams across the business as well as their own clients and projects. The team’s award-winning consultants work across website, digital marketing, design, video, podcast and social media projects.
As a Senior Digital Executive, you will be a key member of the Digital team providing high-quality digital support to the PLMR Group and teams across the business
You will have at least one year’s experience in a communications or digital agency, preferably working on content creation. You will be competent writer and have a basic understanding of Adobe Suite. You will also have a natural aesthetic eye and attention to detail. You will also ideally have a basic understanding of WordPress and video recording equipment.
In this role you will progress your digital skills; attending to the day-to-day management of projects across the business including supporting the team with proofreading documents, preparing visual and written content for digital output, beginning to develop new business ideas and initiatives alongside the senior management team. You will contribute to new business approaches, with support from the wider team.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be well organised, highly motivated and able to work under your own initiative to meet and drive forward deadlines and projects.

- You have been employed in communications or digital role for at least a year.
- You show clear aptitude for consultancy – you can work independently, be proactive, anticipate issues, have good ideas, can write well and create accurate client-ready documents and digital content, have a can-do attitude, have excellent interpersonal skills, show a keen interest and specialist knowledge in digital, and are seeking to establish your individual reputation within communications circles.

As a Senior Digital Executive at PLMR, you will also be expected to fulfil the following aspects of the role:
Project delivery
- Preparing accurate and visually appealing content which requires minimal review by senior colleagues
- Accurately presenting and adapting client messaging for different audiences, including digital channels and internal communications
- Developing relationships – ensuring that those you work with feel well serviced, able to call for advice at any time, and maximising opportunities for account development
- Showing care and attention to detail – that work is completed on time to the appropriate standards, anticipating client demands and ensuring that PLMR is always ‘adding value’ to our clients
- Attending and promoting client events on social media
- Responding to requests for information which may be at short notice
- Producing content, both visual and written, for digital output including websites, social media and digital marketing (including ads and email marketing)
- Using social media and digital channels to manage key messaging and enhance the reputation of PLMR and its clients
PLMR growth
- Providing regular copy for the PLMR website – blogging, case studies
- Assisting senior colleagues in creating and delivering winning proposals for new business pitches
- Promoting a positive, professional image of PLMR as a market leader to external audiences through networking and representing the company at events, and on social media
- Relationship building and networking with colleagues, clients and the media

- Completing accurate daily timesheets

- Educated to degree standard

- Proven editing and proofreading ability: to draft and edit documentation to produce accurate and error free final copy after minimum iterations
